Farm Free or Die Screening in Massachusetts on 22 News WWLP
/A recent screening hosted by Grow Food Northampton in partnership with American Reslience Project was featured in the news on WWLP 22 News, an NBC affiliate stationed in Western Massachusetts. The news segment, “‘Farm Free or Die’ screening in Florence brings climate crisis awareness” aired on August 5th and included comments from Congressman, Joe McGovern (D)- MA 2nd District, and Roger Sorkin.
After the film screening, there was a panel discussion with filmmaker, Roger Sorkin, Senator Comerford, and Education Specialist at UMassAmherst, Gaby Immerman, who serves on the board of Grow Food Northampton. The panel discussion was moderated by Lilly Lombard, Founding Board President and first Executive Director of Grow Food Northampton.
